Social Involvement Program (SIP)
The St. Benedict Social Action Center continually commits its task of social transformation through an education of the whole person deeply rooted in Christ.
Within this general framework, the curriculum for social awareness and involvement is contextualized through the Social Involvement Program.
This program would enable the school community to journey with the less privileged and concretized their responsibility in enabling the needy to mobilize their inner strength and patience so that, with concerted effort, both rich and poor may effect a positive change in society in building a future different from the past.
Furthermore, the Social Involvement Program has been designed to affirm the social thrust and service orientation of the Benedictine Educational Apostolate. Likewise, supports the process of empowerment of all sectors of the school community – the administration, faculty, non-teaching personnel, students, parents as well as the outside community toward a genuine transformation of a better quality life.
