The Admissions Office of ST. SCHOLASTICA’S ACADEMY OF PAMPANGA, while responding to the school’s vision and mission, prepares relevant policies and procedures to accommodate new, and returning students from schools, within the country and even abroad.
Admission of qualified applicants is based on available slots in the grade level, the applicant’s academic ability, and other credentials. Written exams and interview will be administered to applicants. The assessment results can determine the applicant’s qualifications and readiness for the kind of education the school is prepared to provide. These stringent admission requirements are necessary to prepare the student for a successful and meaningful journey in Benedictine Education.
The Cut-off Age Policy for Pre-kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grade One is adhered to as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 020 s.2018.
Student-applicants and their parents who are non-Catholic and are willing to be formed in the Catholic Faith and Benedictine Education are welcome to apply. The parents/ guardian and St. Scholastica’s Academy of Pampanga will sign an agreement upon applying.
New students are expected to accept the school’s philosophy and objectives and to submit to its rules and regulations.
The school reserves the right to admit only those students who meet its requirements.

· For Voucher Applicant: Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA) Certificate
FOR STUDENTS FROM ABROAD/FOREIGN APPLICANTS AND STUDENTS WITH DUAL CITIZENSHIP
Must upload the following documents:
1. Photocopy of Passport
2. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
3. Special Study Permit (SSP) from the Bureau of Immigration -to be applied by the school.
v If DUAL CITIZENSHIP, submit a photocopy of Philippine Passport and a Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino Citizen.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
ü All Admission transactions will be done ONLINE via Facebook Page or through the School’s Official Website then click NEW STUDENT. The use of a desktop or laptop is encouraged for optimum online application experience.
ü ADMISSION SCHEDULE:
· Monday – Friday – 7:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
· Saturday – 8:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.
· All uploaded documents will be evaluated daily during working hours. All transactions beyond 4:00 P.M. on weekdays and beyond 11:30 A.M. on Saturdays, except on holidays will be processed on the following working day.
ü APPLICATION FEE: PHP 350.00
ü ONLY complete admission documents will be processed.
ü The Senior High School (SHS) offers only Academic Track with the following strands:
· Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM)
· Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS)
· Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The grade requirement in Math and Science for the STEM strand is an average of 85% and above.
ü Reservation fee for all qualified applicants: Php2,000.00
(Deductible from the school fees during enrollment but non-refundable and non-transferrable).
ü NO REPORT CARD NO ENROLLMENT POLICY
